I am so exited to finally see you and give you a big smile and hug! I have been praying for you and you are already a part of our family even though you haven’t yet arrived in our home. You are God’s child and He has a wonderful plan for your life. He cares for you in amazing ways and I can’t wait to see what God has in store for you.
I suppose you are a little afraid of coming to live in a strange place with a strange family. I can’t imagine how that must feel. I will continue praying for you and trusting that God will provide for your needs. In Psalm 27 God says that He is “my light and my salvation. . . the stronghold of my life. . . Be not afraid.” You do not need to be afraid, Kianna. I will protect you and God will too!
I promise that I will love you always just as God loves us.
